形式主语：it

当主语是不定式/主语从句，会使用形式主语it，避免头重脚轻。如果非上述情况，即使主语比较长也不会使用形式主语

• it must be terrible to be grown up #看到it就去寻找to do衔接的主语
• it was obvious that he was very embarrssed #如果没有to do不定式，就查看主语从句

形式宾语：it

我觉得扔掉食物是浪费钱。

I find to throw away the food a waste of money.

I find it a waste of money to throw away the food  #优化后使宾语的结构避免头重脚轻

1. 主谓宾补结构

• 为名词/不定式/从句

1. he is finding it exciting to drive a bus
2. he is finding it exciting that he can drive a bus

2. 提出观点

• regard … asI regard it as remarkable that I have completed the course.
• view … as I view it as important that we should read a lot

It is believed that everyone lives by selling something.

We believe it true that everyone lives by selling something.
