随着计算机信息技术的飞速发展，管理系统在社会各领域都起到了至关重要的作用，为提供了海量的就业信息。在如今人才济济的市场中，利用在线管理平台来解决求职招聘问题，已受到了商家和高校的广泛关注。微信小程序校园兼职平台能够为各行业提供最新的招聘信息，为商家输送优秀的人才资源，从而防止高校人才的流失。高校对学生就业问题非常重视，因此与众多商家建立了合作关系，旨在为学生创造更多的就业机会。此外，该系统也有助于商家挑选到合适的毕业生，为学生的求职道路点亮明灯。这一管理系统将学校、商家与学生紧密地结合在一起，构建了一个高效的求职平台，为毕业生解决就业难题。

Abstract
With the rapid development of computer information technology, management systems have played a crucial role in various fields of society, providing us with a vast amount of employment information. In today's highly talented market, utilizing online management platforms to solve job recruitment problems has received widespread attention from enterprises and universities. The employment information management system can provide the latest recruitment information for various industries, deliver excellent talent resources to enterprises, and thus prevent the loss of talents from universities. Universities attach great importance to the issue of student employment, and therefore have established cooperative relationships with numerous enterprises, aiming to create more employment opportunities for students. In addition, the system also helps companies select suitable graduates, illuminating the career path for students. This management system closely integrates schools, enterprises, and students, building an efficient job search platform to solve employment difficulties for graduates.
This article first briefly introduces the current employment background of job seekers, and deeply analyzes the significance of developing an employment information management system. In terms of technical implementation, we have chosen Java and MySQL databases to develop this concise and comprehensive system. By following the software development process, we have completed requirements research, system design, and implementation. This employment information management system not only provides a convenient job search path for graduates, but also provides strong support for enterprises to select talents. After strict testing and verification, it has been confirmed that this system has various core functions for employment and recruitment, and has high practical value. In the construction of universities, this system has played a crucial role and has broad prospects for promotion.

现有的微信小程序校园兼职平台普遍存在功能不完善的问题。在经过对一些高校进行实地走访和调研后，发现一个完善的微信小程序校园兼职平台需要满足三种用户的需求：学生、商家和管理员。
