选择打印时出现一个对话框，“所选打印机出现问题。可能需要重新安装此打印机。请重试或使用其他打印机。”

临时解决方案：

一。关闭outlook，再次打开。

二。卸载这个补丁KB2509470

三。重命名OutlPrnt

原文中的XP和Vista、Windows 7的位置好像搞混了。

我的电脑是XP,位置在C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Locate OutlPrnt and rename it to .old. This will reset your current print settings. 
    • Windows XP
      C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
    • Windows Vista and Windows 7
      C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\
  4. Restart Outlook and you should now be able to print again.

原因：安装了KB2509470，目前微软已经承认这个补丁有问题，目前已经撤销，还没有发行新的。

此项更新已被 Microsoft 撤回，并且不久将重新发布。安装当前的更新，用户不能通过使用 Outlook 中的“打印预览”窗格进行打印。
