1、安装xinetd telnetdsudo apt-get install xinetd telnetd2、修改配置文件创建 “/etc/inetd.conf”，并填写下行内容（如果存在跳过此步骤）telnet stream tcp nowait telnetd /usr/sbin/tcpd /usr/sbin/in.telnetd 修改/etc/xinetd.conf插入以下内容：
