新建maven项目

根路径修改为空，即/
修改maven的bug问题
或者
按步骤找到，检查WEB-INF目录下，是否存在lib文件夹，如无，请点击图标新建lib文件夹
选中lib文件夹，点击+号
添加全部jar包到lib文件夹中
运行tomcat
服务器运行成功
