ruby1.9.3+rails3.2.3环境下：
启动服务后报如下错误：
报错原因：can't convert Fixnum into String，不能转换成字符串的Fixum类型
在database.yml配置文件中做修改：
例：password: 123456
改为：password: "123456"
重启服务，ok.

用来分别存放图片，js,CSS样式。
1、p_w_picpaths（图片）：
存放页面上与样式中的图片
方法：页面上：/assets/图片名， 如果p_w_picpaths下有二级文件夹，例如/assets/admin/index.jpg
