she start with the issue of botnet, popular form of virus spreading.
bot,not worm, kind of upgrading the worm. maybe you can say it is a kind of Trojan. it is said that it developed in IRC network in the beginning. the botmaster
embed bot in client's pc via internet and then keep terminals under his control ,including more complicated manipulation than previous worm....
the botnet is a big issue for all the CERT in the world. there have been some cases
about it, among which USA has found a large botnet with 0.35 million terminals recently.
interestingly, some hacker sell part of their botnet's popedom, maybe on ebay.
and someone once help some criminal into the bank via his bot embedden behind firewall of the bank in Germany. unbelievable!
maybe your computer is embedded in a bot,but you don't know.
and it is said Korean's life ties to network more than USA, they do better in this field.
