user报告，收到一封email，当reply或forward是均出现;cannot send this item, 查询后发现是由于特殊字符造成的，简单的解决方法：Just change the format of
your message to rich text by selecting "Options", "Format" , "Rich Text". You
can send the message without any problem.
 
在本机上测试没问题，但是在用户电脑上，使用此法，却出现令一个问题，同样无法发送。显示：the messaging interface has returned an unknown error
查询后发现造成此状况的原因很多，且解决方法也有点麻烦，因为必须打断用户工作。Tried creating new profile, uninstalling/reinstalling Outlook, PST repairs, etc.
