宿主系统是ubuntu10.4-LTS-i386
vbox 版本3.2
首先给系统装上gcc , kernel-devel等包
先切换到root
#yum install gcc, kernel-devel
（如果连不了网，请参考我的另一篇如何架设yum 本地源／光盘源／内网ftp源）
然后进入vbox光驱，安装vbox的增强镜像包，如果找不到，请对着vbox的标题栏点ctrl+d
[root@rh VBOXADDITIONS_3.2.12_68302]# sh VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run
装完后重启系统就可以正常使用
