"People who forgive show less depression, anger and stress and more hopefulness," says Frederic, Ph.D., author of Forgive for Good. "So it can help save on the wear and tear on our organs, reduce the wearing out of the immune system and allow people to feel more vital." 

Don't forget to forgive yourself. "For some people, forgiving themselves is the biggest challenge," Frederic says. "But it can rob you of your self-confidence if you don't do it."
 
maybe we are so annoying in our livies is because  we don't  fogive yourselves, we are serious to ourselves we want to do everything perfectly. and we hope we don't have any fault.we are a perfect person , then if we don't get success, we are disappointment and no courage to live ,some time somebody choose death.
 
why we forgive ourselves  . if we forgive ourselves, we will more happy than now , we will find sunshine of the life, and find the sky is so blue and so beautiful  .so we will try to forgive ourselves, and forgiving  ourselves is to let us more success .
