科脉远望信息技术(北京)有限公司(Exmart Information Technology (Beijing) Ltd.,)的前身是SilverNet Ltd.，在04年作为欧洲公司的分公司，致力于在线数码照片冲印。目前公司的这部分业务已被惠普公司收购，公司名也在08年正式改为Exmart Ltd(北京科脉远望信息技术有限公司)，是中国第一批进入iPhone及Anroid开发市场的公司，当时的业务主要是欧美公司的智能手机平台的开发。目前，Exmart的业务伙伴遍及法国、瑞士、美国、加拿大、芬兰、荷兰，中东、南美等地区的公司也正在洽谈。
Exmart的欧洲分部设立在日内瓦，中国的团队设在北京，共20人。目前Exmart业务覆盖iPhone、Android、黑莓、J2ME等手机开发及iPad等平板电脑开发，SNS、电子商务网站开发和桌面应用开发等。
