从pycharm开始，

转到settings - > project Interpreter

点击右上角的+按钮，你会看到可用软件包的弹出窗口。 然后搜索gym python包。

然后点击Install package安装gym包

From pycharm,
goto settings -> project Interpreter
Click on + button on top right corner and you will get pop-up window of Available packages. Then search for gym python package.
Then click on Install package to install the gym package
