全球土壤生物气候变量
全球变化生态学的研究在很大程度上依赖于全球气候网格,该网格是由离地面2米左右的空旷地区的空气温度估算得出的。这些气候网格并不反映植被冠层以下和地表附近的条件,而这些地方是关键的生态系统功能发生地和大多数陆地物种居住地。在此,我们提供了0-5和5-15厘米土壤深度的1平方公里分辨率的土壤温度和生物气候变量的全球地图。这些地图是通过计算现场土壤温度测量值与来自ERA5-Land(欧洲中期天气预报中心的大气再分析)的粗粒度空气温度估计值之间的差异(即偏移)而创建的,这些测量值是基于来自全球所有主要陆地生物群落的1200多个1平方公里像素的时间序列(由8519个独特的温度传感器汇总而成)。
