有没有数模与测量精度没有关系。一般测自动圆或手动测量后自动运行一次结果都是一样的。

自动圆可以在端面上测量三个样例点,向量创建测量。在孔内至少要测量四个以上的点。因为超过三个点才能看到圆度偏差。如果这个偏差比较大,说明这个圆有点问题,或测量的不好或是这个孔圆度太差。

如果手动测量,最好在圆外面的端面上,测量一个平面,并指定这个平面为工作平面。
