1.元素定义标称圆

在测量圆之前我们首先需要按照图纸要求建立对应的坐标系,然后根据现有的条件来决定如何创建名义圆。

I.有CAD模型的情况
产品有数模的情况,导入模型后和零件坐标系对齐,然后使用CAD线型定义选取目标圆即可得到该圆,如下图中的CIR1。

II.没有CAD模型

产品没有CAD模型时,我们需要使用到元素定义窗口,根据图纸上的标注将圆的位置转化为当前坐标系下的坐标值,输入所需参数后点击添加元素得到名义圆。

如上图中所定义的CIR2坐标值为(45,60,-3),所在投影面的平面矢量为(0,0,1),直径D为80.圆的类型为内圆。确保这些参数完整且准确后点击添加理论即可得到圆的理论元素。

2.设定目标圆的测轨迹

本文将介绍除了使用操作手柄录入轨迹的另外4种方法来编辑圆的测量轨迹。分别是:产生测量点,产生测量点II,自动测量,和拖放测量。

I.自动测量圆

使用自动测量圆之前,首先需要在设置界面设定好圆特征自动测量的点数,如上图所示将圆的测量点数设置为固定值4个点,自动测量就会产生4个测点。自动测量的操作方法:选中目标圆,点击右键选择自动测量,即可生成测量轨迹,并可记录到DMIS编辑器中。

II.拖放测量

首先还是在设置中设置好测量点数,然后鼠标左键拖动目标圆至DMIS窗口的拖放测量块图标上,显示+的符号时松开鼠标左键即可生成测量轨迹的DMIS命令。

III.产生测量点
选中目标圆点击鼠标右键,选择产生测量点,会出现下图图1中的窗口,在窗口中我们可以调整圆的测量深度,测量起点的位置,测量的角度,时针方向,测量点数等参数。

IV.产生测量点II
产生测量点II和产生测量点调整的方法类似,界面更简洁,适合不同人群的操作习惯。
