Oracle GoldenGate Free 是goldengate 的免费版，基于容器运行，包含了完整的goldengate 特性，但是也有有限制的
限制
- oracle 数据库20G 大小
- 只能与GoldenGate free 实例交互
- 没有active data guard 以及xstream 能力
