1,启动dconf-editor，改关闭按钮的位置然后找org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences改button-layout为menu:minimize,maximize,close2,改主文件名字（1）首先当然是创建几个相应的英文文件夹喽(或者重命名原中文文件夹为英文名字：F2为重命名快捷键)，比如Desktop、 Documents、 Music、 Pict
