I was curious about SVC/Storwize V7000 transfer size. If you access VDisk with a certain transfer size, what transfer size SVC/Storwize V7000 uses for MDisk and Drive. I configured Storwize V7000 as described in Figure 1. Multiple Drives creates one MDisk. The MDisk creates one VDisk. Iometer generates workload for the VDisk. Storwize V7000 code level is 6.1.0.7 (build 25.3.1103030000). svcmon is used for measurement.
