参照IETF RFC 3261，规定联网系统中SIP消息的From、To头域中的SIP URI格式如下：
sip[s]:username@domain;uri-parameters
其中，用户名username的命名应保证在同一个SIP监控域内具有唯一性，宜采用6.1.1规定的ID统一编码；domain宜采用ID统一编码的前十位编码，扩展支持十位编码加“.spvmn.cn”后缀格式,或采用IP:port格式，port宜采用5060；uri-parameters可用于携带扩展参数。
SIP消息中其他头域的SIP URI取值符合IETF RFC 3261信令通信规定即可。
