The locale program writes information about the current locale
environment, or all locales, to standard output.
将有关当前语言环境或全部公共语言环境的信息写到标准输出上。
执行locale命令：得到LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8
redhat下修改字符集的配置文件：/etc/sysconfig/i18n
