Registry-free manifest file behavior differences between Xp and Vista/Win7

There're different behaviors for the registry-free manifest file on between XP and Vista/Win7.

<file name="relativeFilePath"> 
...  
</file> 

 

on XP, the relativeFilePath is relative to the application executable; while on Vista/Win7, it's relative to the manifest file itself.

We should pay special attention on this behavior differences when using reg-free COM and test it on XP and Vista.
