问题描述：

怎么创建账户Crowd 和 JIRA、Confluence、Fisheye and Crucible、GitLab 共享账户已经集成登入，之前都在JIRA上面创建用户，现在在JIRA创建新用户属于本地创建，无法在别的平台登入

解决方案：

统一在Crowd 上面创建用户

1.先配置Crowd，本地Crowd管理员账户登入，

进入Applications-crowd
