1. go to tortoise svn home page , download the latest version.
2. go to Visual svn home page, downlaod the latest version (Visual SVN Server).
3. install tortoise svn , then install visual SVN server.
4. start Visual SVN Server manager, and make sure svn status is running
5. create new repostories, then copy url to clipboard.
6. in eclipse, create a new project, connect svn server, and copy url into the svn repostories url.
