On the VM or physical machine, please set the following files permission to full control  for SYSTEM and Administrators:  

 

C:\Windows\inf\cdrom.inf, cdrom.pnf (need to enable view hidden file on Windows)


Enable the CD-ROM drive of VM machine_rom


On Device Manager, Uninstall the CD-ROM device and Scan for hardware changes.


Enable the CD-ROM drive of VM machine_rom_02


Set the Tag to 3, Start to 1


Enable the CD-ROM drive of VM machine_cd_03
