当点击阅片器链接的时候，会跳到如下链接

http://localhost:8080/dwv/viewers/mobile/index.html?type=manifest&input=%2Fweasis-pacs-connector%2Fmanifest%3FpatientID%3D12057

这个链接会被dwv解析成如下地址http://localhost:8080/weasis-pacs-connector/manifest?patientID=12057

然后dwv通过ajax请求获取服务器，期间或做一次跳转到如下链接http://localhost:8080/weasis-pacs-connector/RequestManifest?id=23&noGzip（至今不明白为什么跳转）

调后上面链接回返回一段xml文件（文件太长只截取部分）

然后dwv会依次调用以上地址通过ajax请求获取文件
最后显示出来
