Job Description
This position is to provide remote or onsite technical support service for global customers. Support scope focus on HP BTO software products.

Job Qualification
? Bachelor or Master Degree of Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or IT related major.
? Programming experience
? At least 3 years working experience after Bachelor Degree
or at least 2 years working experience after Master Degree
? Fluent English for customer communication in speaking and writing (CET6 or equivalent level)

Preferred
? Oversea study or working experience
? Java programming experience
? Database knowledge and experience (Oracle, SQL Server etc) Certification is a plus
? Knowledge and experience of server platform (Windows 2003, Unix etc)
? Customer communication or support experience

Others
? Most customers are oversea customers
? Potential work at late shift or night shift when customer locates in US or Europe
? Potential business travel when deliver onsite support for customer
