环境:
7133存储一台,连接IBM小型机,16块盘,无热备,34块盘做RAID5,第44块盘做RAID10
 
故障描述:
其中2RAID5各坏一块盘
 
处理:
分别更换故障盘
 
更换步骤:
1、查看RAID的状态
# smitty ssaraid
=> List All Defined SSA RAID Arrays
其中hdisk6hdisk7状态降级,说明有硬盘故障
 
2、用lsdev Cc pdisk查看现在硬盘的编号、槽位,做好记录
 
3、用smitty ssadlog 命令查看pdiskhdisk的对应关系
 
=> Show Logical to Physical SSA Disk Relationship
 
4、记录需更换硬盘的pdiskhdisk、槽位等信息
 
说明pdisk0pdisk5被踢出
 
 
5、停应用 
 
6、删除RAID中需要更换的pdisk
# smitty ssaraid
=> Change Member Disks in an SSA RAID Array
=> Remove a Disk From an SSA RAID Array
=> 选对应的hdisk
=> Disk to Remove项中选坏的pdisk
如果硬盘被踢出RAID,此步骤选不了hdisk,可省略
 
7、用diag 将坏pdisk设为service mode状态
=> Task Selection
=> SSA Service Aids
=> set Service mode
这时故障硬盘闪黄灯
 
8、 拔掉坏盘 
9、将新硬盘插入此槽位 
10、在SET SERVICE MODE界面中按回车RESET
 
 
 
11#rmdev -dl 坏的pdisk 
12#cfgmgr -l ssar 
13、用lsdev Cc pdisk查看新硬盘的编号、槽位,做好记录
 
 
14# smitty ssaraid ,将新pdisk设为RAID候选盘
=> Change/Show Use of an SSA Physical Disk
=> 选合适的SSA
=> 选新pdisk
=> Current Use项改为Array Candidate Disk
 
 
 
15 # smitty ssaraid ,将新pdisk加如RAID
=> Change Member Disks in an SSA RAID Array
=> Add a Disk to an SSA RAID Array
=> 选对应的hdisk
=> Disk to add项中选新的pdisk
 
使用相同方法更换其他故障盘
