IE6.0对文件输出流报错 严重: Servlet.service() for servlet default threw exception

用jxl导出excel,在IE8，FF下都很正常，但是在遨游和ie6下导出会报错

我导出按钮是一个超链接：

		window.location.href = "toExcel.action";			
});
 <a id="exportexcel" href="javascript:void(0)" >导出</a>

将超链接的javascript:void(0)换成#就正常了

<a id="exportexcel" href="#">导出Excel</a>
