考虑到大家很多人并不是我这款网卡，在这里贴出一个链接，其包含下面列出的网卡的驱动。使用方法跟下面正文的方法一样，只需要把网卡那部分替换成你需要的网卡驱动。下载时注意是 Direct Download links 下的 Offline Bundle of version XXX。

net-skge: Driver for Marvell Yukon chipset and SysKonnect Gigabit Ethernet Adapters使用了10年的 Samsung 300e4a 笔记本，陆续升级到 10G RAM + 120G SSD + HD，现在换了新电脑后，觉得把它扔了实在可惜。于是在琢磨了身边人的各种利旧方案后，决定安装ESXi，以充分折腾。
优点：
安装ESXi，便于安装各个小应用虚拟机，将10G内存划分干净；
120G SSD只安装虚拟机系统磁盘也基本够用，将机械硬盘直通给其中一台虚拟机做NAS，初步决定为黑群晖。
笔记本电池还能撑3、4个小时，UPS也有了！
缺点：
没有直接操作虚拟机的界面，只能用电脑或手机远程管理；
ESXi不支持无线网卡，只能插着网线使用；
300e4a 使用网卡是 Realtek 8168E，ESXi 6.7.0 u1 没有驱动不能直接安装，但是ESXi 5.5是带这款网卡驱动的，所以要自定义安装镜像。
一、准备安装镜像（官方镜像中添加 r8168 驱动）
1、环境、文件准备：
设置 PowerShell 执行策略，以允许本地脚本执行，参考链接Set-ExecutionPolicy

安装 VMware PowerCLI 模块，参考链接Community: VMware PowerCLI |VMware Communities
PS> Install-Module -Name VMware.PowerCLI
安装该模块因为是在线安装，需要时间会久一点，这时候继续以下工作。
下载 ESXi-Customizer-PS 脚本，参考链接VMware Front Experience: ESXi-Customizer-PS
脚本下载地址：

下载 Realtek 8168E 网卡驱动，参考链接Net55-r8168 - V-Front VIBSDepot Wiki

下载 VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) Offline Bundle，注意不是VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi ISO) image，介于官方下载要注册加申请试用，放一个非官方的雷锋链接，参考链接：老管网络日志
参考链接里有百度网盘地址：

下载其中的update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update01.zip，即Offline Bundle。
下载镜像U盘写入工具Rufus，参考链接Rufus官网
rufus下载地址：
https://github.com/pbatard/rufus/releases/download/v3.3/rufus-3.3.exe运行后会自动更新。
2、自定义安装镜像的操作
将上面的环境准备好，文件下载完后放在同一个文件夹下。

贴一下ESXi-Customizer-PS-v2.6.0.ps1的参数，可以看到功能还是挺多的：

首先建议加入VMware 的 CEIP，当然不加入也可以，运行PowerCLI相关命令工具会出现警告。

现在生成自定义镜像：
PS> ./ESXi-Customizer-PS-v2.6.0.ps1 -izip update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update01.zip -dpt net55-r8168-8.045a-napi-offline_bundle.zip -load net55-r8168
顺利的话，很快就在目录下生成对应的ISO镜像文件。
我的输出如下：

All done.至此，安装镜像就准备好了。
3、制作安装用U盘
运行rufus，设备处下拉选择要写的U盘，使用“选择”按钮选择刚生成的镜像。“开始”写入，有提示的话都选择推荐。

等写入进程结束后，就做好了。
二、300E4A 使用U盘安装 ESXi 6.7.0 u1
此处只写一个暗坑，不知道是我的个例还是通病，记录一下。其他安装过程都没啥可多说的。
用U盘启动后花屏
我的 300E4A 用 ESXi 优盘启动后花屏，在恢复 CMOS 默认设置后，打开 AHCI，关闭UEFI特性后启动安装正常。原因没深究，估计还是跟电脑固件太老有关系。
安装完 ESXi 后无限重启
用上一步的方法安装完 ESXi 后，笔记本不能引导。当然啊，因为把 UEFI 特性给关了啊，在 CMOS 设置里打开UEFI特性就行了。
