需求：ext itemselector 的界面只留左右按钮 ，上下按钮不需要
所用extjs版本：3.3

解决办法 ：子类 覆盖父类的配置i
ux-all-debug.js中有对Ext.ux.form.ItemSelector定义，其中有drawUpIcon:true 等属性的配置。要实现需求的效果，只要在子类的定义属性drawUpIncon:false 就行了
