前言

最近有个需求是将海康的摄像头视频画面传到我们平台上,作为一个全干工程师,网页后端都要我来做。

海康视频接入有两种方式,第一种是有web插件,第二种是无web插件。无web插件弄起来特别的麻烦,所以我们主要讲第一种。
