万事点灯难 开始第一步
1、板载LED简介
到了这里我们需要阅读开发板用户手册找到该USER LED来对该LED进行为所欲为

打开我们之前配置的空白工程文件夹
注意: 引脚昵称只允许要以C标准命名 字母 下划线 数字 这里写为USER_LED

至此不出意外的话 LED灯应该点亮
将(RESET->0->逻辑电平0)改为(SET->1->逻辑电平1)将使LED灯熄灭
至此已经可以控制一个IO口是高电平 还是 低电平
