2.2 AbstractAccountAuthenticator的使用

这个类将会被继承使用,不过需要配合Service使用。应用启动时系统将会通过

android:name="android.accounts.AccountAuthenticator"

来启动AccountAuthenticatorService。AccountAuthenticatorService源码如下所示:
