cmd输入如下命令回车：

jupyter notebook --generate-config

然后：打开生成的文件路径
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_搜索

进去后：编辑这个py
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_右键_02
搜索：​​​notebook_dir​​​定位
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_搜索_03
去掉# ，引号后改为你要打开的文件路径（路径改为你自己的）
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_搜索_04

ctrl+s保存。
右键-属性：删掉这部分"%USERPROFILE%/"
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_jupyter_05

jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_右键_06

再打开就：
jupyter设置默认打开文件夹_jupyter_07
完成！
