配置好 Orthanc 后 如果不修改Configuration.json文件的参数的话 只能使用localhost访问

需要修改Configuration.json 文件 

这里提示下 如果是源码编译出来的  作者暂时没有找到Configuration.json 文件

需要修改Main方法中的代码 设置好 指定Configuration.json 路径 当然 这个不是重点

Configuration修改的地方

   RemoteAccessAllowed  //修改为True

  AuthenticationEnabled=false 给注释去掉

重启软件 可以用IP+端口号访问了
