SAP提供了PR item审批结果通知的邮件模板，分别为MMPUR_PRITM_WFL_APPROVE_EMAIL和MMPUR_PRITM_WFL_REJECT_EMAIL。本文以审批被拒绝为例子进行设置步骤的阐述。

打开APP “Maintain Email Templates", 在"Predelivered"界面搜索模板"MMPUR_PRITM_WFL_REJECT_EMAIL"，选中该模板并点击"Copy"按钮，根据实际情况进行模板内容修改。

打开APP "Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions", 创建workflow的过程中，在"Notifications"界面中，点击"Create"按钮，并选择合适的内容：

Notification:

  1. Workflow Result: Notification of Purchase Requisition Item Rejected
  2. Email Template: Rejection Email Notification for Purchase Requisition

Recipients: 根据实际情况进行填写，可按照Role或者User进行通知邮件接收者的设置
