OGG的Replicat Checkpoint RBA和Local Trail Size

From OGG v11.2.1.07 onwards we have a new command to start the replicat if the issue is encountered 
and so we could avoid the calculations that needs to be done as explained in the primary KM - 1138409.1

After a system outage, a Replicat could get abended with the following error message. This issue occurs when the replicat read checkpoint RBA is larger than the local trail file size that it reads.
