无状态地址自动配置 (SLAAC)，地址的组成前缀+MAC地址
例如：2001:12::2E0:FCFF:FE3F:7998
2001:12:: 前缀
00e0-fc3f-7998：MAC地址
mac地址分为两部分，中间加入FFFE:00e0:fcff:fe3f:7998
注：MAC地址二进制的第7位，为0表示全局，为1表示本地
注：MAC地址二进制的第8位，为0表示单播，为1表示组播
0000 0010 1110 0000：1111 1100 1111 1111：1111 1110 0011 1111：0111 1001 1001 1000（2E0:FCFF:FE3F:7998）
