mysql url 解析json数据类型 mysql8.0的url

背景：

部署项目到服务器，springboot启动报错：
No bean named ‘org.springframework.context.annotation.ConfigurationClassPostProcessor.importRegistry’ available

mysql8.0版本的使用的数据库连接字符串不一样，而且对时区有要求，引用下面的连接即可
