$ brew install pipx
$ pipx ensurepath

$ vim ~/.bash_profile

export PATH=/Users/hina/.local/bin:$PATH

$ source ~/.bash_profile

$ pipx ensurepath

使用示例

$ pipx install pycowsay
$ pipx install --python python3.6 pycowsay

$ pipx list

$ pycowsay hi
