创建ftp用户

设置ftp密码

指定用户用于服务类型
[H3C-R1-luser-ftp]authorization-attribute level 3
开启ftp帐号的最高权限 否则只可以下载 不可以上传
[H3C-R1-luser-ftp]quit
退出用户设置模式
