一,环境模拟
SQL> select status from v$instance;

二,问题查看
SQL> shutdown immediate;

SQL> shutdown abort;

01方法:
SQL> ALTER TABLESPACE users01 end backup;
02方法:
SQL> startup mount
ORACLE instance started.
