添加依赖

注意：版本 0.2.x.RELEASE 对应的是 Spring Boot 2.x 版本，版本 0.1.x.RELEASE 对应的是 Spring Boot 1.x 版本。
本文使用版本为：0.2.9

注意：nacos-config-spring-boot-starter中包含了nacos-spring-context的依赖，为了避免版本冲突，就不要再自定义nacos-spring-context的依赖了。

注：0.2.9版本依赖的Spring boot版本为2.0.3.RELEASE，请使用对应的版本的Spring Boot 否则会有版本冲突，导致测试代码无法运行报错找不到类或找不到方法异常。

读取配置示例
