Navicat Premium能够访问MySQL, Oracle等主流数据库，之前的Navicat for MySQL版本只能够访问MySQL数据库，为了访问Oralce数据库需要在主界面点击工具，选择选项，在其他栏目钟点击OCI，设置下访问Oracle数据库的动态库文件，设置下oci.dll
常规项目中填写D:\soft\Navicat Premium\oracleclient\oci.dll
问题
1）ORA-12737:Instant Client Light: unsupported server character set ZHS16GBK
说明没有指定oci.dll的位置
2）MySQL5.6.44版本导出的数据库SQL脚本，通过Navicat Premium工具，鼠标右键点击数据库，运行SQL文件，执行出错，提示UnFinished，但是并没有提示任何错误信息
解决方案
1） 将SQL脚本内容拷贝复制到新建查询执行成功
2）去掉勾选遇到错误继续（避免隐藏错误），去掉勾选每个运行中运行多重查询（当启用该选项时，Navicat 会一次运行多句 SQL 语句（executing multiple SQL statements at once））
3）通过mysql客户端指令，执行SQL脚本语句，在服务器执行SQL语句脚本正常,说明脚本是合法的，至于报错应该跟Navicat Premium并行执行多条SQL语句有关
