This is wang song of Cisco TAC and I am following this case now .
As we talked by phone , please help me collect information below:
1 “show process cpu sort” when CPU is high.
2. “show platform health” when CPU is high.
3. “show platform cpu packet stat” when CPU is high.
4. “debug platform packet all receive buffer” when CPU is high. Then wait for a
moment and use “u all” to disable the debug.
5. “show platform CPU packet buffered”. Debug result will save to this buffer.
6. “show ip traffic” Catch it 3 times when CPU is high.
7. Show controllers cpu-interface
