以Metalink上也没有找到解决办法，以下是我的解决过程：
1、 数据库版本
SQL> select * from v$version;

2、 配置EM时的步骤
[oracle@Core-Nbu-Rollback ~]$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
