1 现象
安装12.1.0.2 的 RAC，检查报错：
This is aprerequisite condition to test whether the OS kernel parameter "panic_on_oops"is properly set.

2 解决方法
该问题是Oracle 的bug：
Bug 18468128 - INSTALLER FORCED USER TOCONFIGURE DEFAULT KERNEL PARAMETER IN SYSCTL.CONF
解决方法，是在系统里设置如下参数：
# grep panic_on_oops /etc/sysctl.conf
# sysctl -a | grep panic_on_oops
kernel.panic_on_oops = 1
[root@rac1 ~]# sysctl -p
在次检查通过：
