一、如果在内网开发项目，因为电脑不能上网，可能会出现在导入开源框架的jar包后，配置xml文件是，不出现语法检测和语法提示，Eclipse也提示告警：
no grammar constraints (dtd or xml schema) referenced in the document
解决方法1 导入xml的相关约束
xml-->xml catalog ，增加User Specified Entries
解决方法2：让Eclipse设置代理上网
window-->preferences-->general-->network connections
选中 manual proxy configuration: 依次填入http proxy 和https proxy以及port
另外，如果代理需要用帐号和密码就需要选中 Enable proxy authentication,
然后填上 user name 及password
Active Provider:选择Manual
Proxy bypass:过滤到内网ip，如git服务器，否则设置代理之后，无法从git服务器上pull和push代码
