OGG报错：

2016-06-10 08:13:47 ERROR OGG-02028 Failed to attach to logmining server Error code 3113, error message: ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel Process ID: 129717 Session ID: 3656 Serial number: 335.

2016-06-10 08:13:47 ERROR OGG-01668 PROCESS ABENDING.

alert里异常：

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x9818E0A, lnxsni()+1874] [flags: 0x0, count: 1] Incident 3618655 created, dump file: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [lnxsni()+1874] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x9818E0A] [Address not mapped to object] [] ORA-01280: Fatal LogMiner error.

异常原因：

The post-installation steps (i.e. running the postinstall.sql script) as directed in the readme file for the database patch application were not performed.

Also, the following is seen in core files for the Oracle Database:

CAUSE The post-installation steps (i.e. running the postinstall.sql script) as directed in the readme file for the database patch application were not performed.

SOLUTION

Run the postinstall.sql script for the last Oracle Database patch that was installed. 在最新的补丁目录里执行以下脚本：

SQL> CONNECT / AS SYSDBA SQL> @?/sqlpatch/22510828/postinstall.sql （举例，22510828替换成最新补丁ID里找postinstall.sql ）
