Juniper olive模拟器与物理机通讯：
1、设置vmware的相关网卡：
2、找到网络适配器的相关
3、vmware的网卡和适配器中的对应：确保Network Adapter 7对应 Vmnet7
4、打开olive，使用NTP软件和serial口对接：
5、打开olive的juniper，em0-6对应这Network Adapter的1-7
将em6的unit 0设置成和VMnet7的IP段同网段；（记得是unit 0，设置其它的数字1或者别的都不行）
